The Minister of Mining Resources, Energy, Industry, Commerce and Tourism,

Dr. Hassan Kibeya, and Critical Outcomes Group Inc. have signed an MoU — marking another significant step toward the development of rare earth elements projects in Burundi.

Both parties recognize the strategic importance of rare earth elements for advanced technologies, high-value manufacturing, and the global energy transition.

This partnership aims to boost investment, support local job creation, and strengthen ties between Burundi and the United States.
